However, don't forget about the boots on the throat of the oil industry that were worn by Obama's Harvard lawyer genius put in charge of reforming the Mineral Management Service, fired former Director Elizabeth Birnbaum.

Lizzy wore her Hello Kitty boots when she would meet with her boss, Kenny, to update him on the progress of her reforms.
