According to their "Gallery Application"
You rent the space for a $1200 one month solo, and work for them 80 hours, etc.

To clarity, the exhibition space is availabe for rent for $1,200. We are asking the exhibitors to be open for gallery hours, Wed. - Sat. during the exhibition. The artists are there so that the gallery can be open to the public to view and purchase the exhibited work. We aren't taking a commission on any work that is sold or asking anyone to work for us. This gallery was created to provide a space for local and regional artists to showcase their work.
