I have always thought that Virginia was a mid atlantic state.

I agree with you Lenny but the folks at Hoyt seem to waffle on the idea. The website home page leaves Virginia out but take a look at page 2 of the entry form. Eligabilty - PA, OH, NY, NJ, MD, DE, VA and W.VA.
Can you confirm for me if VA artists are eligible? I'd love to submit. Thanks, Drew
