Steel set up shop at Washington Artworks, a non-profit photography school and art studio, in Rockville.
According to a letter on the front door it just filed bankruptcy.
“I don't know where to go," Steel said sadly.

The HEAD of the organization should be held accountable for this. No doubt there was some funny business going on that the artists were not privileged to.
Their finances would make interesting reading. Someone should dig into them.
