Springs are not art.
You could argue whether it’s art or not until the big asteroid squashes us. To argue whether it’s good art or bad art might be a simpler task. However, I think the bottom line here is not what is art (good or bad) but the premise that you can’t impose your art on the rest of your neighbors.
